"Nice bracelet, engraving could be clearer"
The bracelet itself is nice, and I wasn’t expecting anything overly fancy, but the engraving was a bit lighter than I thought it would be. You can still read it if you look properly, it’s just not super clear in certain lighting. Delivery was fine, no issues there

"Pretty Bracelet, but It Didn’t Hold Up"
The bracelet looked really when I first got it, and I was genuinely happy with the style. However, it ended up breaking after about two weeks of use, which was disappointing. Overall, nice design, but the durability just wasn’t there for me.

I ordered two charms and a bracelet, and everything showed up exactly how I picked it on the site.
The sizes, colors, and little details were all right, even the initials I was a bit nervous about. Nothing was missing from the package either.

I’m really happy with it because it makes ordering online feel a lot less stressful. I just hope they keep this up, because if future orders start coming wrong, I’d probably have to look somewhere else.

"Packaging was honestly a letdown"
My order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but the packaging? Give me a break. The little box was squashed on one side, and the jewellery had clearly been rattling around inside like it wasn’t really secured at all.

For what it cost, I expected it to be packed with a bit more care, especially since it could easily be bought as a gift. The item itself was okay in the end, but opening it was disappointing

"Shipping was all over the place"
My order took way longer than I expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. I kept having to check myself and ask what was going on, but it never really felt clear who was actually responsible for the delay. Shipping pointed one way, support seemed to point another, and I was just stuck waiting. Not a great first experience, honestly. I’d definitely think twice before ordering again if I needed something by a specific date.

"Better service than I expected"
I had a small issue with my order and expected it to turn into a bit of a hassle, but it was sorted much quicker than I thought it would be. The lady I spoke to was really friendly, kept me updated, and didn’t make it feel like a big problem. My item arrived fine in the end and I’m happy with it. Based on how they handled things, I’d definitely order again...

"Exchange was fine, just slower than I expected"
I ordered a ring and ended up picking the wrong size, so I had to exchange it. The exchange itself wasn’t too complicated, but the replies took a few days sometimes, and I wasn’t always sure where things stood. Compared to other exchanges I’ve done with smaller jewelry shops, this one felt a bit slower. I did get the right size in the end, and the ring looks really nice, so I’m happy with that. I just wish the updates had been a little quicker. Overall, not bad, but average for me...

"Tracking was okay, just felt a bit slow"
I ordered from charmedjewellery.co.za and the tracking did update, but maybe it’s just me, I expected it to move a bit quicker. It sat on the same status for a few days, which was a little annoying. The parcel did arrive in the end and everything was fine, I just wish the tracking had been a bit clearer along the way.

"Decent prices, but worth comparing"
The prices felt average to me overall. A few pieces seemed fair compared to what other people are paying at similar stores, but some items looked a little pricey once I checked around. It’s not outrageous or anything, just not always the cheapest option. I’d still buy something if I really liked it, but like a lot of shoppers, I’d probably wait for a sale next time...

I was expecting to wait around for ages, but they replied way quicker than I thought they would. I didn’t have to chase anyone or sit there wondering what was going on, which I really appreciated. Say what you want, but the response time was solid.

"Not too happy, honestly"
It looked really nice online, the jewellery, but when it arrived it felt kind of cheap to me. Also the delivery took longer than I was expecting, which was a bit annoying. It’s okay overall, I guess, but ordering again I don’t think I will.

I don’t know, I was expecting it to look a little nicer for the price, but when it arrived it just felt kind of cheap. Like, it’s not terrible, but the whole time I kept thinking I paid way too much for what I actually got. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

the website was easy enough to look around once I got going, but a few pages loaded slower than I expected. The menu also took me a minute to figure out. Checkout worked fine in the end, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience.

"easy return and quick refund"
i accidentally ordered the wrong size bracelet and thought sorting the return was going to be a hassle, but it ended up being really straightforward.
i emailed them, they sent back clear instructions, and once i posted it off, my refund came through a few days later. no stress or back and forth, just really easy and well handled
